On Monday, December 12th, a new version of the My Tech Support (www.ferris.edu/techsupport) will be launched. One of the main features you will notice is we are working toward focusing the content based on a person's relationship with the University -- students will have a separate home page, and employees have another. We also grouped information for each service, for example, phone service, by audience when appropriate.
This is just the first phase of our work to improve communications and provide more self-service opportunities for the campus community. We will continue to work to refine the content to get you the information you need when you need it.
If you have any links to our tech support web pages, you will want to check them to see if they are still working as the directory names will now be different. Most of the "shortcuts," such as www.ferris.edu/tac will continue to work.
