Employee Office Moves

If you are planning on changing office locations and need to enter a work order to transfer computer equipment, Human Resources (HR) must be notified before TAC can move the equipment. HR will update the information in Banner and notify the TAC of the office location change. Someone from TAC will contact you to set up a date and time to transfer the equipment.

It is also important to contact HR of an office location change even if no equipment is being transferred. TAC uses the office location assigned to you in Banner to find your office when you open a work order. It is important to notify HR before moving offices. This ensures your location is up to date in our records and we are able to respond to the correct location. Your help in keeping our records up to date is greatly appreciated.
