Convert a PDF to a Word Document

Do you have a PDF file that needs to be edited in Microsoft Word, but you don't have the original Word .doc file? Follow these simple steps so that you can save the PDF as a .doc and open in Word to edit it:
  • Open your file in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

  • In the toolbar click on Tools > Content Editing > click on the drop down arrow next to Export File To…
Content Editing, Export File to, Microsoft Word Document
  • Here you have options of file types to export as. The Save As… dialog box will appear; name your document and save in the desired location.
Type in file name and select save.
  • The document is now saved as a .doc file and ready to open in Word.
