Create and View your Tickets on the Technology Portal

The Technology Service Portal allows you to create your own tickets, add extra notes to your ticket, and more.
Not convinced? Are you asking, what can you do in this portal? How does this help you?
Here are The Facts:
You can:
  • Submit a ticket
  • Check the status of a ticket
  • Add comments to the ticket to give the technician more information
  • View upcoming and recent changes/maintenance to major systems
  • And more!

To access the IT Self-Service Portal:
  1. Login to MyFSU
  2. Under the MyFSU tab locate the Login Links box
  3. Click Technology Service Portal.
Note: The Technology Service Portal is not for emergencies or password help. You will need to call the TAC for those problems.
